This is my next project, Katie from Rowan's A Season's Tale. I've been dying to knit something tweedy AND something out of this book, and this simple zip-up cardigan is calling out to me to become a staple in my wardrobe. I bought the Rowanspun DK off of ebay about a year ago, having heard cudos about it across blogland, so I want to try it before it becomes totally unobtainable and I won't be able to replenish my stock.
Knitting on Shifting Sands is progressing so slowly due to actually having to work at work this week that I didn't think you'd want a progress picture of it. Just look at my last post and add about 4 inches and there you are.
And for all you stash divers abstaining from new purchases, feast your hungry eyes on some Manos in the Stellar colorway. You see, I "need" it for My So Called Scarf that I'm planning on making in the whenever near future. The photo is a little blurry due to to much caffiene and very little food intake yet today and probably the need for a better camera.
Now, life is short, go forth and click on that "Buy" button.

Oh, I agree - what fun is knitting if you can't buy yarn??

Love the new yarn and scarf that will be knitted in near future! So-called one is sooo addictive!
